Founding Executive Director. Developed the strategy and organizational structure for the US nonprofit Foundation dedicated to preserving, interpreting, and advancing the legacy of Su Xiaobai, while supporting contemporary engagement with traditional materials and techniques. Scott Stover created the 501(c)(3) nonprofit and has executive and fiduciary responsibility for the Foundation’s governance, operations, international partnerships, and programming. The developing program encompasses exhibitions, scholarship, curatorial initiatives, and artist commissions, including Su Xiaobai’s Alchemical Universe, presented with LACMA as an official Collateral Event of Biennale Arte 2026 in Venice.

Founding Executive Director. Led the development of the US foundation supporting the Centre Pompidou, with executive responsibility for its strategy and operations. Developed its governance, board, membership, and donor network, establishing a successful model for cross-border cultural philanthropy. Opened the Foundation’s national office in Los Angeles in 2006.
